Where are you located?

I run my business out of my home in Regina, Saskatchewan under “cottage food laws”
I am not a brick and mortar bakery, and run my business based off of pop-up shops, pre-orders, and wholesaling products.

What are Sourdough Donuts and what does that mean?

Sourdough means that there is no commercial yeast added and the donuts are 100% naturally fermented. My donut dough process takes 48 hours from start to finish. This produces a donut that is much easier to digest because the fermentation time of the dough breaks down the gluten in the flour.

Where can I find your products?

I make sourdough donuts every Saturday, and there are two ways to go about getting some each week.

#1) Every Saturday I wholesale donuts to 33 1/3 Coffee Roasters (1130 15th Ave.) at 10:30am. You can purchase some from their shop every week at that time until they sell out.

#2) I sell the rest of my donuts via Pre-Orders. Pre-orders go live on Tuesdays at 8:00 pm when my shop opens on this website. When I am sold out, pre-orders are no longer available for that week. You can place your custom order box via my shop for pick up on Saturdays. Two pick up location options are available with pick up times between 10:00 am-5:00 pm.

Do you do Pop-Ups?

I do Pop-Up shops 4-5 times per year.

I limit the amount of Pop-Ups I do because the ages of my two small kids makes them harder logistically! I always post information of my social media channels as well as on my website when I have a pop-up planned.

Do you take custom/special orders?

I take a small amount of custom/special orders depending on my availability that week, and the function. Feel free to reach out to my and inquire about a specific date.

Do you take orders for weddings?

I do some orders for weddings, depending on my availability. Feel free to reach out to me and inquire about a specific date.

Do you do gluten free or vegan donuts?

I do not make any gluten free or vegan donuts. Because my donuts are 100% Sourdough, that is the focus of my donuts and business.

Do you sell other products?

I do make other products, but I have found that I don’t have enough time in the day to make them and sell them. You can follow along my blog and social media channels for recipes and how-to videos for you to make them from your own kitchen!
